No-knead Sage Bread

3/4 cup ground oatmeal or wheat bran or oat bran
1/4 teaspoon active dry yeast
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon dried poultry seasoning
1 teaspoon of dried ground sage or fresh chopped sage
1 1/2 cups water
